These are some pictures from my bike ride today. It was very tough and I didn't know what I was getting myself into, as you might be able to tell from the pictures. It was more like a bike/walk instead of just a bike ride. Like, walking up most of the hills, heh. I only made it half way through the course, which took about 3 hours, then I decided to come down off the track b/c I was losing light and didn't want to get stuck out there. I'll try again another day, and just go much earlier. The views were gorgeous.

Puke Ariki is the name of the track I was riding. They have several, but this track runs all the way through the park.


The first part was the hardest, but later on around Boulder Hill when the terrain was more farmland it got easier.
