sunrise
My ride for tramping came late so I watched the sunrise for a hour from my roof while I waited.
I took these pics b/c the bruising is exceptional. I may bruise but it takes a lot for it to show on my body. Since I've been here I have a bruise pretty much every week. I find it kind of weird and also amusing at times.

James. That bruise on your abdomen does not look good. Looks like an internal injury. I'm concerned. Seriously! Did you have someone look at it?
No, I didn't get it checked out. That picture was taken a week ago. I took the picture b/c that is the worse bruise I've ever had. The color was awesome. It's not on my abdomen though. It's on my left hip.
Damn....ICE PLEASE!!! That's all I can say!!!
James, The one thing you want to be concerned about is internal bleeding. That's what a bruise is!!! That deep a wound and that big a bruise could also mean internal injury to your vital organs, like kidneys, etc. Find a good multi vitamin so your recoveries can be swift. Take it from me, your body can't take too much of that stuff without paying a price.
