To my dad, boobs on bikes was a big thing in New Zealand.Much legal work behind the whole thing. Groups going against it for family values and indescent exposure and whatnot, but it went off this year. Dealing with the weather is much different in Auckland than in Wellington. Auckland is a subtropical climate so it's temperature and weather are more like it's surrounding islands-fiji, samoa, and tonga. Much much warmer up there. Would be real funny if they had the parade in Wellington though.
